Walnut Trails
On a site formerly known as Walnut Grove, a new community will rise, notable for its walkable neighborhoods and connection to nature
Kansas City is the home of some of America's most cherished planned communities, and Walnut Trails is in keeping with this heritage inspired nearly a century ago. This is the type of development that makes Overland Park so special. This is intelligent, sustainable growth. Through great attention to detail and exhaustive market research, the developers have pinpointed the community concept home buyers are looking for.
It's Walnut Trails.
You Are Invited!
Walnut Trails Informal Public Workshop
Walnut Trails planners would like to invite you to an informal Public Workshop!
We are interested in telling you about the residential community concept proposed at 191st Street between Mission Rd. and State Line. Your input is extremely valuable, and we would enjoy answering any questions you might have.
The Public Workshop will be held in an informal setting on Wednesday, March 7 at The IncrediBowl, 8500 W. 151st Street, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Planners will be available to share details on how Walnut Trails will be a walkable, sustainable community that connects nature with neighborhoods, and how this benefits you. Details will be given on how this enclave will be the centerpiece in the community with neighborhood schools, a Village Square as a gathering place and home to a corner store and farmers market that will connect to a park and trail system all can enjoy.
We’ve worked hard to meet and exceed the requirements the public has asked for. Now we want you to see the results first-hand. So, join us for this informal Public Workshop to learn more about Walnut Trails and share your comments.
To RSVP, please call Chris Sylvester, Walnut Trails, 913-831-2996 x234.
